
Ingredients

Soft brioche buns 4
Minced chuck steak 760g
Minced suet 200g
Freshly cracked black pepper 5 tsp
Salt 3 tsp
Slices of cheese 8
Method
1. Mix the beef mince gently with the suet and a little salt and pepper until well combined.
2. Divide the minced beef into 8 balls weighing around 120g each. Shape your patties.
3. Heat the grill up by using lump charcoal and leave to get hot until the coals are white.
4. Grill the burgers 4 minutes on each side. Assemble your burgers and enjoy the super juicy and fresh patty.
