Cranberry Sauce with Blueberries

Ingredients

(serves 6)

Fresh Cranberries (or frozen thawed out)                  200g

Dried Cranberries        100g

Frozen Blueberries      150g

Caster Sugar

Orange: juiced              50g

Orange: zest                 10g

Cinnamon Stick            1

Star anise                      1

Clove                            4

Method

 

  1. Place all ingredients in a wide sauce pan with a lid on top of the pizza stone.
  2. Bring to the boil, then simmer until the cranberries have burst.
  3. Reduce the mix until it thickens slightly.
  4. Take off the heat and cool down.
