Cranberry Sauce with Blueberries

(serves 6)

Fresh Cranberries (or frozen thawed out)                  200g

Dried Cranberries        100g

Frozen Blueberries      150g

Caster Sugar

Orange: juiced              50g

Orange: zest                 10g

Cinnamon Stick            1

Star anise                      1

Clove                            4



1. Place all of the ingredients in a wide sauce pan (with a lid) on top of the pizza stone.

2. Bring to the boil by adding more fuel, and then simmer when the fire becomes smaller until the cranberries have burst.

3. Reduce the mix until it thickens slightly.

4. Take off the heat and cool down. Serve with roast turkey and all the trimmings.
