Jalapeño Cheddar Corn Bread

Serves 6

Ingredients

65g, Butter ( melted)
85g, Sugar
2, Large Eggs
128g, Buttermilk
128g, All purpose Flour
Yellow cornmeal or Polenta 
34g, Tinned Jalapeno: diced
15g, Juice from Jalapeño
50g, Sharpe Cheddar:grated 

Method

  1.Mix all ingredients together in a bowl 

    2.Preheat oven to 190c 

    3.Add batter to a cast iron pan or casserole dish   

    4.Place in Aquaforno and cook for 30/35 minutes or until you put a toothpick in and it comes off clean
