
Ingredients
(serves 6)
Butter (melted) 65g
Sugar 85g
Large Eggs 2
Buttermilk 128g
All-purpose Flour 128g
Yellow cornmeal or Polenta
Tinned Jalapeno: diced 34g
Juice from Jalapeño 15g
Sharpe Cheddar: grated 50g
Method
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
2. Preheat the Aquaforno oven to 190c by using the fuel of your choice
3. Add the batter to a cast iron pan or casserole dish
4. Place in Aquaforno and cook for 30/35 minutes or until you put a toothpick in and it comes off clean
